Are you looking for skilled workers?

Do you find it hard to find people with the right skills?

Do you find it difficult to recruit people with the right skills?

The pilot Skills for Youth Employment (SKYE) Fund is designed to provide funding to train youth in the skills needed by companies and different industry sectors.

SKYE is a partnership between the International Trade Centre and the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) designed to help young Gambians find productive employment.

If you are interested in gaining skilled workers either by:

training them yourself; or

partnering with a training organisation to train people to meet your needs;

Come along to the Skills for Youth Employment (SKYE) Fund launch to hear how your company can benefit from this programme.
