The International Trade Centre (ITC), through the EU-funded EU YEP - Tourism and Creative Industries, is offering fully funded training programmes at the Gambia Tourism and Hospitality Institute (GTHI).

Available Programmes:


1. Certificate in Professional Cookery
Entry requirements: Grade 12 with minimum 5 WASSCE passes (including English or Maths), OR Grade 9 with 5 years relevant work experience.
2. Certificate in Professional Cookery (for Small-Scale Food Vendors)
Entry requirement: Open to small-scale food vendors.
3. Diploma in Rooms Division Supervision
Entry requirement: Certificate in Rooms Division Operations.
4. Diploma in Professional Cookery
Entry requirement: Certificate in Professional Cookery.
